- Know why it is important to keep healthy while on holiday
- On holiday help to:
- prepare and cook a meal
- wash up and clear away afterwards
- Every day on holiday, make your bed and keep your things neat and tidy
For the Brownie Holiday Advanced Badge you don't have to have the Brownie holiday badge before working for this badge.
You need to

- You should have spent at least four nights or more away at Brownie holiday
- Make a poster showing your favourite things about Brownie holiday
- Help organise an activity with your Brownie friends on holiday
- Tell a Brownie who has never been to holiday what holiday life is like. Help her learn the following holiday skills.
- Prepare, cook and serve meals on holiday
- Wash up and clear away after a meal
- Keep the holiday house safe and tidy
- How to make a bed and keep belonings tidy
- On holiday, help another Brownie make something to remind her of the holiday, or to keep a holiday diary
- Help plan the holiday, including:
- choosing the theme or reason for going
- suggesting activites, games and places to visit
- planning meals and menus
- Know how to keep safe when you are out and about on Brownie holiday
- Know how to keep the holiday house safe
- Know the Country Code, the Green Cross Code and the Water Safety Code
